A choice of 7 cheese, Italian sausage, veggie with alfredo and/or chicken & pesto with alfredo sauce lasagna served with a garden salad and Italian bread $13.50pp.

Entree Salad Bars

Chef Salad Bar

Julienne of turkey, ham, swiss and cheddar accompany this veggie full salad bar. Complete with other salad bar favorites like cottage cheese, olives, croutons, chick peas, and pineapple chunks (served with buttermilk ranch and balsamic vinaigrette) $12pp.

Fajita and Taco Salad Bar

Perfectly seasoned chicken plus marinated beef strips, yellow rice, beans, cheese and all the fixings including soft tortillas, chips, salsa and sour cream $13.50pp (add guacamole for an additional $1pp charge).

Executive Soup and Salad Bar

Your choice of two soups accompanied by a fresh garden salad with all the fixings served with bread and crackers $10pp.
